| Abstract |
Comparison of diadokokinetic disturbances of orophonatory and limb movements in Fredreich's ataxics and normal subjects was planned to determine the extent to which cerebellar contribution to different types of movement is uniform or distinct. All the effectors displayed significant slowing and variability in the patients. At the acoustic level, the more common disturbances involved prolongation of phonemes and of unvoiced intervals, as well as irregularities of the fundamental frequency: bitonality, phonemic degradation, and irregular voicing. Despite generalized dysdiadochokinesis, associated with voicing overlay beyond syllabic segments, dysmentria, and dyssynergia, the spinocerebellar ataxics manifested numerous particularities of motor control which can be observed only via phonation, or which might be very difficult or complicated to observe limb movements. La comparaison des perturbations des diadococinésies des valves phonoarticulatories et des membres chez dix patients atteints d'ataxie de Friedreich et chez dix sujets normaux visair à identifier des caractéristiques distinctes et/ou communes des mouvements accomplis par ces duex types d'effecteurs en fonction de la contribution caractéristiques plus fréquemment recontrées ont été la prolongation des phonémes et des intervalles non voisés ainsi que des irrégularités de la fréquence fondamentale: bitonalité, dégradation, phonémique et voisement irrégular. Malgré leurs déficiences diadococinétiques généralisées, associées aux symptômes de surpassement, de dysmétrie et de dyssynergie, ces ataxiques avec dégénérescene spinocérébelleuse manifestent de nombreuses particularités du contrôle moteur qui dans la voix, ou qui ne pourraient que ne pourraient que trés difficilement être mises en évidence avec des procédures d'évaluation des membres. |
